The show on June 14th supplies much of the material to Seconds Out. There he is:
But Genesis don't know that these are the last concerts with this formation. Steve Hackett has already decided to leave the band. As had happened with Peter Gabriel, at the height of success and consensus, a defection arrives. Look at the press review of this period.
And together with him will leave the scene from the concert schedule the huge live workhorse Supper's Ready.

Steve Hackett & Djabe's previous album is Summer Storms & Rocking Rivers.
The album is now available in versions CD, CD + DVD, Double CD and MP3, and was recorded in the Bratislava concerts in Slovakia on July 14, 2011, except Los Endos that comes from Budapest in the live of 30Novembre 2012.
It was originally released on double vinyl and Blu-ray. But now, just here is a new edition.
Steve Hackett collaborates with i Djabe from 2003, first on the band's album 'Sheafs are dancing', then in concert together in London in 2004.
Since 2007, every year, they undertake mini-tours that touch every part of the world: including Malaysia, Bosnia, Austria, Slovenia, Holland, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovakia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Russia and many others. The participation in the Garana Jazz Festival in front of 13.000 people in Romania is memorable.
Together they perform the compositions of Genesis, Steve Hackett and Djabe in equal measure. On the one hand the Hungarian band confronts the Genesis of the Gabriel and Collins era indifferently, on the other Steve Hackett immerses himself perfectly in the music of Djabe. Their collaboration, in addition to concerts, finds space in several albums - WATCH THEM ON AMAZON.
On June 4, 2007, Genesis undergoes a zero date on the Turn It On Again Tour, in front of 250 guests at the Brussels Expo Center. Here are the videos of that general rehearsal.
To insiders the band immediately looks a little rusty and it is evident that he needed to slow down or simplify some steps. But the tour will eventually be a success.
On May 12 the Genesis had received the VH1 Rock Honors, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas in the USA. Their had been there first electric public appearance with Collins for 14 years. It is indeed from Cowdray Concert September 18, 1993, last concert with Phil that didn't show up together.
Here is the video of the event, with the unforgettable introduction by Robin Williams:
With the Turn It On Again Tour (which touched Rome on 14 July)the curtain has fallen on the glorious history of the Genesis live.
